2001 "Get as much pleasure out of life as you can. No one ever died from pleasure."
The new century begins. Although there are no major health concerns, you notice a continual slowing both mentally and physically. The physical deterioration is the more marked of the two: a loss of strength and energy and an increase of annoying aches and pains. Your back causes you the most discomfort and despite attempts of various kinds you find the most relief through simple exercises. These physical problems result in a diminished zest for life. Still you are basically healthy and capable. With the proper attitude, a slower, more deliberate pace may suit you just fine. With many of your past worries behind you, you can concentrate on the future. You have the time for new pursuits. Take your partner into your confidence, and together set future goals. Don't allow the problems of others to deter you. At this stage of your life it's time to put your needs first for a change.
